Posting Comments
If you add a comment for the first time, it automatically gets sent to me for approval before it appears. This can take a day or two sometimes, depending on my schedule, so don’t get your knickers in a twist if you don’t see it straight away! This only happens once to screen spammers or trolls, after that your comments appear straight away.
If you get approved to post, but then appear to be a troll (repeatedly asking inane questions is a good example), you will get barred from making comments permanently. Likewise if you are abusive or defamatory etc your comments will get deleted and you will no longer be able to partake in the great discussions we have.
The world is full of division at the moment, and the way discourse is conducted is becoming increasingly fractious and unpleasant. I am not immune to that kind of behavior myself elsewhere, but I wish this site to be a haven of informed and polite exchange on the most important subject in science…NDEs and who the heck are we?
